I work with both buyers and sellers in the greater Canby area and my philosophy is that buying or selling a home is about YOU! This can be an overwhelming process, but it doesn’t have to be. This is one time where your wishes, wants, dreams and goals become paramount! I excel at keeping your goals in mind and keeping you within your timeframe and budget. I began selling Real Estate in 2007 just as the market turned. I came in on the ground floor of the distressed market learning to do short sales and working with banks on REO properties. These experiences have taught me to think outside the box and to be tenacious. Those who know me and have worked with me call me: Genuine, Personable, Professional, Patient, Well Connected, Honest, Knowledgeable, Experienced and a Good Listener. I have surrounded myself with a great team of experts including, Title and Escrow, Lenders, Home Inspectors, Real Estate Attorneys and CPA’s. All of this equals a smooth transaction for you. I have called Canby home since age two. I graduated from Canby High School and continued on to a Private Christian University in Southern California where I received BA in Psychology. I have also lived in NE Tennessee and Arizona, but I moved back to my hometown in 2005 and couldn’t be happier! My husband and I have a beautiful blended family with 4 girls and 3 boys ranging from 9 years old to 21 years old. We take pleasure from living in Canby and being a part of the community. We enjoy the small town feeling and the events that Canby has to offer, including Summer Concerts in the Park, Car Shows, Garden Shows, July 4th Celebrations, Lighting the Night at Christmastime, The Clackamas County Fair, The Dahlia Farm, Harvest Festivals and Pumpkin Patches, Taking the Canby Ferry, Bazaars, The Farmer’s Market and the Canby Cinema 8 Movie Theatre! Three of our children are in Canby Schools and are involved in various activities from Church, Sports, Dance, and Lego-Robotics. I enjoy volunteering and meeting people through the kids’ schools and the activities they are a part of, as well as through Church. That is how I blend and balance my family life with work.
